Prayer Intentions:
What is the specific purpose of our prayer ministry? To provide Ministers Pamela and Larry (evangelists) with dedicated, intentional prayer support. To give members a direct outlet to prayer being said for their prayer intentions. What are the desired outcome and “deliverables?” That God hears us and answers prayer needs. God’s answers are often “Yes, ” “No, ” “Not yet” or “I have a better idea.” We are followers of God's Word on individual basis without bias opinions to others thought processes. We are only to give guidance when asked and much support when needed. We believe individuals are on different spiritual growths in their life span and will grow in God's grace at different ages. We follow our hearts in faith, and are at peace within and share many victories with much joy.
Our Prayer Ministry is a way to formally and systematically help us and others discern results from their answered prayers. Time available for each of the praying body members (known as prayer warriors) will pray (fast) at their convenience. Prayer warrior's sense they have time to dedicate themselves to this prayer ministry, their are no requirements for membership we are all apart of the body of Jesus Christ.
Prayers requests will be received, vetted, edited for appropriateness and then posted on "The Prayer Wall" within one or two days depending on how many requests come in as it may take longer. Members and visitors are asked to pray daily, at the least twice a day, for people on prayer list. Prayer requests are posted for 1 month. If prayer requests require longer time, people can renew the request after one month. We do use anonymous – special intention when needed. Everyone is considered a prayer warrior within the body of this ministry and body of Jesus Christ. Resources budget the ministry for evangelism and overhead expenses in this ministry. schaferprayerministry.com
